If you have logged into your account and have been sent to this page, it means that we have not received any recordings attached to you. Here are some common reasons for that:

No recently generated recordings
If you are just getting started with Jog.ai, it's possible that we simply haven't had any recordings sent over yet. (Historical calls made prior to enabling Jog.ai are not typically imported.)

Recording is turned off
If you have the ability to turn recording on/off, have you made a call since signing up that has recording enabled?

If you do not have recording controls, is your line set up to record? You should be able to see your recordings in OSSmosis under Call Recordings.

ID misconfiguration
If none of the above apply to you, check to ensure that your BroadSoft ID in your Clearlogin user settings is accurate and up-to-date. If it is not, once you fix it, you may need to log out and log back in.
